Preparing Your Entry

Do you like rockets?
Now is your chance to create your own!

• You may work individually or in pairs
• Get creative and make a water rocket using a fizzy drink bottle. (1.5 litre bottles to be used and need to be designed to withstand pressure. Coke & Sprite bottles fit the launcher best)
• All rockets will be fired from a launcher at the same pressure and trajectory
• Contestants can decide on design and how much water (if any) they will add to the rocket before launching
• No label is necessary
• The Water Rocket competition will take place on the Highlands Intermediate School field, on Tuesday 29th July. Participants will need to register at 12:30pm for a start time of 1:00pm.
