How do I enter?
When is the last day to submit my entry?
Where and when is the science fair?
I don't have a scanner. Can I send a photo of my entry with my phone?

In short, this is not recommended. In order to have the best chance at winning you will need to submit a high quality scanned copy of your entry in either PDF or jpeg format.

If you don’t have a scanner at home, talk to your teacher who will be able to help.
I entered in the wrong year level. What do I do?
Can I enter as a team?

For digital entries, you must enter individually.

For other entries (Robotics, Water Rockets, Scientific Investigation and Technological Develoment), you may enter individually or in a team of no more than two.

For the Year 7/8 and Year 10 quizzes, you must enter as one team of four students per school.
I entered a 'digital' entry (Advertising Poster, Scientific Photography, Observational Drawing or Scientific Essay) and I would like to have the original of my entry displayed at the science fair. What do I do?

Except for the Scientific Essay category, you must mount your work on a black sheet of paper, with a 1cm margin around your document. This will help prevent any damage to the original artwork.

Please write your name, year level, school and entry number (four digit code sent in your confirmation email) on the bottom margin and hand in to your teacher who will arrange for its delivery.
